The third of four Ohio Department of Liquor (OHLQ) bottle lotteries is live. This lottery is for the opportunity to purchase the following:

• Mister Sam, $249.98
• King of Kentucky, $249.99
• Old Forester Birthday, $99.99 

You can enter at this site starting today (Monday, Oct. 12, 2020) and ending at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020. In order to enter, you'll need to provide the following:

• First and last name
• Address (Must match address on your Ohio I.D.)
• Email address
• Phone number 
• Ohio Driver’s License Number or Ohio Identification Card Number
• Date of birth
