2019 Valentine's Day Gift Guide - Nine Gifts for the Bourbon and Whiskey Lover

Our favorite recommendation is if your significant other loves bourbon, you should open the bottle that you have been saving for a special occasion and enjoy the time together. However, we also have nine great recommendations below.

2. Blanton's Valentine's Day Truffles - Blanton's - $22 - Looking for a traditional Valentine's Gift? Look no further than Blanton's Valentines Day Truffles. Made by Art Eatables, voted Best Candy Shop in Kentucky.

3. Whiskey/Bourbon Lapel Pin - Etsy - $10 - Pins are making a comeback and are a fun accessory. This is a fun pin of whiskey or bourbon in a rocks glass. 

4. Bourbon Bottle Lamp - Etsy - $30+ - Bring some uniqueness and character to your place with a bourbon bottle lamp. There are so many cool ones to choose from. What better way to celebrate some of your favorite bourbons and would look awesome on any bar.

5. Norlan Whisky Glass, Set of 2 - Amazon - $48 - Having the right glass is important to bring out the flavor of bourbon and whiskey. The Norlan glass is designed for drinking neat and to bring out the aromas and aromatics to maximize the drinking experience.

6. Dipped Maker's Mark Glasses - Walmart, Amazon, Maker's - $7.99+ - The perfect glass for enjoying Maker's Mark. These are dipped in their signature wax and contain the official Maker's Mark logo. 

7. Sailor & Nurse Celebrating V-J Day in Times Square - - $52.49+ - You may wonder what the heck this has to do with bourbon and whiskey.... well, if you look in the background, you'll notice a giant Four Roses sign atop the building directly behind the kissing couple. This is a subtle way to decorate your bar or office while paying homage to one of the oldest bourbon brands

8. Ohio Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup - Bissell Maple Farm - $30 - Support local Ohio businesses with Bissell Farms Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. Aged for months in a used bourbon barrel to draw out unique flavors, this bottle is blended for the maximum flavor and consistency and each bottle is hand dipped in wax. 

9. Valentines Dinner at Watershed Distillery in Columbus - $85 for dinner, $30 for drinks per person - Titled Valentine's & Chill, you can celebrate Valentine's Day at one of the local distilleries with dinner and drinks. You'll enjoy a five and a half course tasting menu as well as optional cocktail pairings. Reservations are available between 5-10pm on 2/14, and can be made by calling 614- 357-1936.
