Stillhouse Introduces Peanut Butter S'mores Whiskey... For Those Who Like Drinking From a Makeshift Oil Can

Bacardi Limited owned brand Stillhouse has announced a new flavor called Peanut Butter S'mores Whiskey.

Ludlow Dawes, Senior Brand Manager at Stillhouse says
Our new Peanut Butter S'mores Whiskey is inspired by our love of adventure and is crafted with a smooth, easy-to-drink flavor profile. By introducing such an iconic camp flavor to our portfolio, we're striving to further fuel the familiar feelings of camaraderie around a campfire after a day of grit and outdoor adventures. We are excited to welcome more fans into the unbreakable nation of Stillhouse with this new addition.

This new release will start hitting store shelves in March and contains a blend of salty, sweet, and savory notes of peanut butter, complemented by toasted vanilla notes of roasted marshmallows and hints of bittersweet chocolate. Per the picture, it's coming in at 69 proof (34.5% alcohol). No pricing information was provided. They recommend the following cocktails to mix this with:

  • PB&J Shot: One part Stillhouse Peanut Butter S'mores Whiskey & one part blackberry liqueur
  • Campfire Highball: One part Stillhouse Peanut Butter S'mores Whiskey & three parts cream soda
  • Good S'More-ning: One part Stillhouse Peanut Butter S'mores Whiskey & three parts Illy Cold Brew Cappuccino RTD

My Take

There is one Stillhouse product available in Ohio (Apple Crisp for $18.99 + tax). If this makes it to Ohio, I would expect the same price point. I think this is such a weird product to be sold out of an old school can. I guess it could be kind of fun on a camping trip or something, but I don't see a ton of everyday value from this line of products.
